Jackie is a life-long writer. She is the author of two poetry books, LIFE FORCES A JOURNEY (2001) and HITTING BONE (2004).
Both books are part of the Tretter Collection in Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Studies, the largest collection of LGBTQ+ history in the Midwest, located in the Elmer L. Andersen Library at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, MN.
Her upcoming publication, LOSING KATY: A MEMOIR OF LOVE, LOSS, AND LIVING GRIEF will be out the summer of 2025.
Jackie's writing has always been personal in nature - and always carries the hope of helping others, bringing a sense of connection in situations where it is easy to feel alone.
She now lives in Minnesota, along the beautiful North Shore of Lake Superior.
